This an extremely common problem. The best solution I found was just to put some Vinylex on the felt part on top of the door seals. It lasts about 4-6 months.

Got mine replaced under warrant, no more squeaks. I believe it was teflon tape that was put on the door seals

I have to get this checked out myself. My ride, only 4 months old, is squeaking and creaking like crazy from the B pillars on both sides.

the vaseline or lube fix is only temporary, it will only last for a while and the squeaking will come back.. i had mine replaced under warranty and what they did was to put a tape on the side of the door seal and the squeaking was gone.

I just rub the seals down with my leather conditioner every time I condition the seats, which is about once a month. Works like a champ at keeping the squeaks gone

I have an 05 and dealer replaced all seals. started sqeaking again and they put a black tape next to the seals and it's gone. evidently a BMW tape, didn't even know it was there until I washed it. Ask the dealer...should be a quick cheap fix. pm if you need more info
Can you take some pics of the tape so I can see where to put it on my doors?

I had the same problem as well! Took it to the BMW dealership SIX times and they could not fix it! I then did some search and found an official BMW solution - the Teflon Tape! Printed it out and took it to them and told them to do it exactly as it says! They did it and it has been quiet ever since! This was done beginning of 2009 and still quiet! Everyone should do the same! I've attached the BMW solution! Hope it helps!
