I figured out my passenger footwell rattle! It became more pronouce all of a sudden and guess what it was! It was the Glove box latch. I ended up putting two layers of electrical tape on the inner side of the glove box and so when its closed the latch rests on top of the electrical tape isntead of the metal so now its much much better. Almost no noise from that area...

I still have the rear parcel shelf rattle tho.
