Speakers Not Working?

This may be an old subject, sorry, I'm new, but I think I hear my speakers fade in and out to the point where I only hear music on the right side. At first I thought it was the "stereo" effect, but sometimes it seems that the surround sound cuts off for no reason and I only hear the right front speakers. I've heard a similar situation but was wondering if this topic has come up and if this was a problem or am I being too critical?

I haven't had this experience yet. Btw do you have logic7??? This is usefull to know for others to reply.

I have the exact same thing. I think I hear them fade(the left speakers only) I turn up the radio and I can actually hear them kick in again. At first I thought it was just me, but since u mentioned it, it must actually be happening. It is kindof annoying, I think ill mention it next time I bring it in. Let me know if you get your problem corrected

JPalmer, I'll let you know. The problem at the dealer is replicating the problem. I hope it happens while they're testing the speakers! My friend had to leave her car in for 1 week! (I'm not even sure they resolved her problem.) ...will update later.

yeah, thats the problem. For me it only happens every so often, at least that I notice. I also have the logic 7, and if I have the music loud and the left side speakers go out, it does tend to bug me! If I have any luck I will also let you know. I was hoping it might be a lose connection, but if it requires more then a day of work, I rather just forget about it.
