Just repeat again what you guys did so that no one else does the same thing again
I know this may be stupid but did you disconnect the battery before you started to do this work. When I was working at a body shop back in the day we were taught to always disconnect the battery when working on the car. We had a guy pop an airbag because he forgot to disconnect the battery during a tear down.

Ya I forgot to disconnect the battery, I realized when I was almost done
