Solution to rough start yet?

My Ride: 07 550i, slvr gray metalic, sport pckg, Nasca leather, a/c seats, cold weather pckg, comfort access, rear shades
I have the rough cold start problem that seems to come standard on the '07 550, and was wondering if anyone has figured out what the solution is. Im getting a line from my dealer that this is normal and due to emission controls... but ive read enough on here to know thats bull.
