Default Software update

Just wondering if it's possible to update the CCC I drive software? My 2009 car has the CIC control nob but is CCC system. Can't find a USB port anywhere in the car.. Should there be one?

I have a 2009 with CCC as well. For me, the Aux & USB inputs are inside the bottom of the center console. Lift up that plastic case part and on the front wall you should see the input. I am currently using an iPod with it and have complete control over it via the iDrive wheel and buttons. Not sure if that helps you or not.

I'll have another look, maybe I missed it. I know I have a aux port on the back of the center console, in between the rear vents.

Cheers

OK, if yours is on the back of the center console by the back seat, you won't have the USB port. It's so odd how 2009 rolled out with so many different combos. What about the AC controls? Which do you have there? I have the newer style controls where if you press them, they're a shortcut to the blower controls. Not the Max & Rest ones.

Same here...2009 with CCC, CIC controller, usb, aux both in bottom of center console. Newer A/C controls as well. My build date is 10/29/2008

2008+ facelift models have the newer AC controls +memory buttons under the AC controls later 2008 models have the newer CIC controller and 2010 models have CIC and all of the above. All of them have AUX. if ts behind the center console then you dont have a usb port. That was a separate option from the factory. If you do have a car with that option then the aux is relocated with a usb port inside the center console.
