Getting my car back today w a new clutch, flywheel, SMG pump, and clutch actuator Yaaay! That actuator had to be ordered from Germany so it took a while. My boy who's a master tech for a local BMW dealership did it as a side job. Got the parts cost price thru him and a very reasonable labor cost. Let me know if you need anything done to your car that you can't personally do (Southern Cali only). My friend dissects anything BMW. This whole SMG clutch/flywheel/pump/actuator replacement was more complicated than I thought. A lot of calibration had to be done due to the clutch actuator replacement. Clutch actuator = our left leg if driving a manual car. I can't wait to drive it
I agree w Chris. Auto mode while on sport mode is fun but Manual mode on sport mode is such a whole different driving experience, especially if you're doing spirited driving.
