Are anyone replacing them with the comfort seat headrests?
Is it possible?
Some claim to have succeeded, others say that the replacement is not achievable.
I've never seen a picture of it.

I don't know if anyone had tried pulling straight.
I did but.....
Seems difficult as there is very little room to pop the rear headrests off. However, if your car is equipped with the fold down rear seats, folding them down prior to removal would probably make the task way easier.

OK folks - I can definatively say that you can NOT fit the comfort headrests on the std seat. The standard seat posts in the headrest are slightly thinner and slightly curved. The comfort ones are a little thicker and straight. I am going to see if I can have an upholsterer switch the posts. I will report my findings later. Oh well.
