Rear Rotor stuck and will not come off - Help

My Ride: E60 M54
Model Year: 525i 2004
Rear Rotor stuck and will not come off - Help
Only one rear rotor is stuck, other want is replaced along with fronts. The one rear rotor that is stuck has below details;
Following is off;
-Caliper
-Brake pads
- brake calliper cradle
- Rotor bolt that screws to the wheel hub
Following will not come off;
-Rotor
Latest observation - I think the handbrake adjust screw is stuck, it will not move upwards or downwards. The rotor moves with ease forward or backward if the hand brake is not pulled. If I pull the hand brake the rotor is stuck. So, I believe the hand brake shoes are gripping and releasing the rotor to move. But, I do not know why the adjust screw will not move.
Now, with all that info and already lost 2 days off work (as first my first brake pads were wrong and now one of the rear rotor is stuck). What are my options here?
Worse case, if I file the lip of the old rotor and stick new pads on it, what is the down side? And next time I can take it to a mechanic and pray they can do something magical.

If the rotor rotates, with the hub, when the handbrake is released, the rotor is probably seized, rust, to the hub face. Try using a hammer on the perimeter of the face of the rotor to break the bond.

If you have a big three or four pronged puller you will get it off
The inside hand brake pads seem like they are still enlarged and gripping on an edge of the inner rotor which has worn over time leaving and outer edge
Don't be gentle as suggested

I've used a scisssor jack between the subframe and rotor (where the caliper sits). After putting tension on with the jack, give the rotor a smack with a BFH. Leave a lug bolt fitted so it doesn't hit you when it pops.
