Yes, Audi and MB owners are by far the worst. While most high-end European cars do have them in the US, you most often see Audi's and MB's with them on. I find the rear fog lights much more annoying than the front fog lights (though I will not explain why becasue Iceman is probably tired of this by now). Surprisingly, I hardly ever see them on Volvo's despite the fact that Volvo owners are typically considered very safety conscious. (I presume Volvo's still have them. I had an early S40 that was equipped with a rear fog light).

if i am last in queue i will use hazard lights for a minute to jar the vision for traffic approaching from behind. then the car following gets the message fast.

Around here it's Volvo and MB owners that always seem to have them on. Despite all the Audi's I rarely see them. I have never seen it on Land Rovers even though they come with them and many of the sales people have "no idea what that button is for."
