HI there,

I am new here. Just bought a 2004 525i. There is a problem with the rear driver side window.

1) When I use the one click close, the window hit top and come back half way and stop. When I gradually close the window and if a little bit hard, the window came back half way.

2) I search the forum and read a lot of them.

I read and tried everything here. Did not work.I tried position 2, car running, from rear window switch etc...

3) I did not have any error message on the iDrive screening.

4) I did notice that if i just use one click close and hold it, the window will hit top and goes down halfway; if I use one click to open the window down and hold 20 secs and immediately use one click close and hold it, the window will close fully and keep up but back dwon a little bit (one inch or so but not halfway).

Any one can help me please?

Sorry to put out the post. I followed the 17 secs rule and it is fixed.
The problem solved.
