It looks awesome, even without a M kit. I've been wanting to do the same, how much did you pay for the rims?

I'm a noob at new rims, what do you mean spacers?

"I am considering adding 12mm rear spacers...but that's up in the air. As for ride height, I am happy with the sport suspesion, especially with snowy winters."

TIA

spacers are mainly for cosmetic looks and to have a wider wheelbase. spacers will "push" the wheels outward. im guessing the wheels he put on are the 167's meant for the M5. the offsets of the rear wheels are ET 28. the higher the offset, the more inward the wheels are. by adding 12mm spacers as he stated, it will "push" the wheels outward by 12mm making the offset from ET 28 to ET 16. with an offset of ET 16 in the rear, the wheel is pretty much flushed with the fender. the reason i said it's the 167's for the M5 is because the 167's off an M6 have an offset of ET 17 in the rear. with those wheels, with only a one millimeter difference compared to the 167's for an M5 with spacers, the rear wheels would already be flushed with the fender. hope this helps.

My Ride: 2008 BMW 535i with just about every option- Space Gray/Black/Bamboo Wood/OEM M6 Wheels
Default

I started off ordering a late July Prod. Ti. Silver 535i, got switched to next week Production, and switched the color to Deep Sea Blue, and this evening switched to Space Gray with Black and Bamboo. I cant wait. I am also setting up performance center delivery.

I am putting 167's on it. Its gonna be cool, Id like to see a pic of 167's on Silver Gray or space gray if anyone has a pic, thanks.
