@znod:

I also have Progman 23.xx now.

1. Please help me understand the wheel spinability issue better. I used to spin my wheels with DSC and DTC off in the past. Are you saying that it is not possible anymore with Progman 23, like DSC/DTC still controls the traction even if both are turned off?
2. What icons have changed? I read someone noticed new checkmarks. Can someone explain to me where?
1. The changes I've seen are new i menu Progman 23 Day is Tomorrow-idrive.jpg
2. New Service configurable date e.g. for MOT in the UK
3. New labels for Climate Control instead of Low, Medium, High its now Light Medium Intensive
4. New suffix telephone digits
5. Easier to highlight POI on map now because you dont have to do a new destination entry for that you can go directly to Information.

Unfortunately I only have business navigation with the smaller screen. Mine looks a lot different.

What 4. means?

'suffix' means some word, letter or number attached after a word.

www.e60.net has .net as the suffix, and www as the prefix

When on a phonecall you have a screen based key pad available on the screen. Helpful when entering digits after a call has started e.g. menus, pin entry etc.

I think spin ability may depend on the specific car. Under 23, I think I have regained the ability to spin my wheesl vis a vis my prior software version. Just test you car out to see what effects 23 has had on your spinability.
