I live in Stockholm too, and have had the Nav Prof from start, so I can confirm that what you have experienced with 1 Button and Mute function is how it works.

I'm also waiting for Ver. 12, as Voice recogn. doesn't work. Which dealer have You contact with ? In Nacka they don't have the right competence...

I bought my 545 at Bilcenalen Segeltorp. They do a good job, but they lack info from BMW. Actually I escalated the problem not getting my Nav Pro in 8 months with no furher info up to the GM of BMW Sweden and to ARN requiring a delivery of a new car. Finally I got the Nav Pro. I still have the issue with the advertised MP3 function not available. I will demand a compensation if the will not fix it! They sold me car with the specs to play MP3. Today BMW say that they are working on it but can't promisse anything. They should't get away with it...

I'm not sure if BMW fixed this problem, but those of you who had a nav pro retrofit should check this out...
There were several problems with the v-max of the e60's after the nav retrofit. v-max was 210 Km/h, instead of 250 Km/h...
It did not happened to me, since my ride came allready equipped with the nav pro.
I just heard it from my dealer...

no I do not have voice recognition, but I didn't order it either so it is OK.
But I've got those two butttons bellow the i-Drive. It came with the upgrade of the Nav. Even if you have Nav Pro there is a cost to get the Voice recognition installed (or activated?).
Bilcentralen told me they will have V12 software in July, so I'll wait for that to se if it fixes the mute/off problem for the CD.

 

Vmax limiter affected! Mine stopped at 256 km/h before.

Will check it out this weekend when going down to German autobahn.
