It's amazing the ammount of torque of this super car!
The active steering must be one of the best things that happened to the automotive industry for a long time. The car "shrinks" when i drive it. Simply fantastic.
If you want pics, please say what you want to see.
If you want to know something about the car ask me.
I'm very busy now driving this "thing"

Please post your pics, nothing specific, just some general ones of the exterior and interior, is it a manual or auto ?

Wish we could get the diesel here in America. Everything I have read shows better real world performance and much better mileage. I was noticing on the BMWUK website that you also have much more variety in how you can option your car. Maybe one day us yanks will catch up.

I was looking on the usa web site and was quite jealous that the sports pack is going for around ?2000 when these same options on a UK car cost close to ?5000.

Also noticed we are paying about $65k for a M3, looking on the US website it's around $47k !!!.

Us brits pay through the nose for all those options, I remember a few years back something about bmw sell 5% of their cars in the uk and make 25% of their profit here. (numbers might be wrong but you get the idea)

Anyways, you are right about the diesel, can't wait till I get mine in April

There's probably a difference in taxes?

Here in Norway, an M3 CSL would cost you $172k or ?139k

As you may understand, taxes on cars are huge here, though, not as immense as those in Denmark.

And, FYI, a basic 520i E60 costs $66k, and the 545i $152k.
