I have a 2005 545i, and i cannot seem to sync my iphone 3G to the bluetooth in the car. when i attempt to pair, the idrive asks me for a code, which i do not know. and then is says no code so you cannot pair.

Does anyone know if there is a standard code used for BMW to pair to a cell phone with the idrive?

thx so much,
Brian

As far as I remember when I synced my iPhone to my car, I just picked any 4-digit code, and then put in the same code into the car.

I've been told it's 0000, but I guess any 4 digits will work.
