Hi! My car is 2006 530i without cd changer and no navigation. I wanted to install ipod interface adapter so i can play music from my iphone 4 and use idrive screen for control. I am able to play cd mp3 endoded so no need for dealer encoding. Is there any other brand out there other than oem ipod adapter that i can buy. Many thanks again for any help.

Probably because the aftermarket solution out there cost just as much as OEM.
