Well it has happened for the second time now. Took the kid to the mall and she bought a new cd and wanted to listen to it on the way home. Not asking too much of a 50 thousand dollar car, but noooo..... Got in the car, started it up, and no sound. Nothing at all... No chimes, no voice control, no radio, no cd, no PDC and no NAV lady. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened I gave a few voice commands and the sound came back, this time nothing. Didn't even have the Voice icon pop up on the display. Nothing at all. Tried turning the car off and back on, nothing. Got out and armed the alarm, disarmed and got back in started back up, still nothing. Stopped for dinner for about an hour and everything was back to normal after dinner.

Software problem??? Should be on v.12.x but not sure. Late July build.

It didn't happen to me - knock on wood.
It sounds like a software problem. I would let the dealer update the software or let him re-install it.

Had the same problem while picking up the car. I asked the dealer to start a CD and the speakersign with the dash through it apaered. After 5 minutes by magic it started to work all on itself..
