Thanks all for the information. I jsut got my invoice from the dealer in Germany which states: MY06 with delivery date of March. I am looking at getting the same car as before but with Comfort Seats. I'm not sure what the deal is on the "AS" but, I really enjoyed having and hope it is not taking away

My 04 E60 sold a couple of days after I put it on ebay the second time. There was a Doctor out there that wanted a car just like mine
; so both of us come out happy. The price was not what I wanted but was real close.
