Thanks Mel. Victor was fine because the car did start on the third attempt. I had visions of him getting very upset sweltering in a hot car while we waited for roadside assistance.

Thanks Richard. The car definitely needs a new battery. I also wonder if the TCU is bad.

Here's your chance to get out of your lease! I think in Cal. if it happens 3 times or more
within the first 18mos they will buy back your car. Meaning they will reimburse all the down
and monthly payments you made. Look into this. GL

This is time number 2. I need to check the NJ Lemon Law. I would love to get out of my lease as lease deals on the M5 are excellent now.

Join the club. It's been discussed dozens of times. Last year, my battery (car was nine months old) had a dead cell when I got back from three week-long+ trips. I drove a bit in between each, but not enough to keep the vampire fed. You say you drive on weekends? Well, that's most likely the problem. Buy a Deltran or some sort of trickle/smart charger. Is it right? No.

I drive every day but only about 2 miles. (To and from doggy daycare).

But here, they just fully recharged my battery a week ago and it is dead again? No way. Something is wrong.
