+1 on PDR. Just picked up my car from Carmetics and was amazed how good PDR is
and that there is no evidence of the dent when they are done.
You can check with your BMW dealer, it appears they use Dent Wizard as when you
go to their website to look up a location it indicates instances of BMW dealers.

You can always contact your local BMW dealership/SA and ask who they use. Most dealerships keep a few local PDR services on file somewhere as lease returns and CPO vehicles need some minor repair. It might help if you post your location so members local to you can help you out as well....GL

I had a door ding (my first) self inflicted when i opened the door in my garage and hit a chair I had in storage.
I had a Paintless Dent (PDR) repair and you cannot see any evidence of the ding. I spoke to the guy who worked on my door and I asked him if he removed the inner door panel to get to the ding and he did it by removing the small red reflector on the inner edge of the drivers door and used one of his tools to actually rub out the dent from the inside. They are able to actually move the metal around with these tools by rubbing the metal. Shows how strong our cars are.
I spent $80 bux and it was well worth it cuz I saw this stupid ding everytime I got in my car. And I park 100 yards from cars in a lot and I make the dent myself arrrggg...

PDR works fine as long as there are no creases in the dent and the paint is still intact.
The suction devices are for larger dents, they use an assortment of special hand tools to work out the small ones.
