Update: Thursday I am going to get the new Dunlap tires put on the car as they had to order them. The local rep called me and basically told me the tires are not the issue. He assured me that the Car is the problem and that thousands of them are out there but only BMW has a problem.
I personally hate BMWs customer service. Like I stated before I think when you spend 50,000 on a car they should go to bat for you and stand behind every part of the car. I was seriously considering a new M5 but I hate the local dealer. The next closest one is 1 hour away. I really dont have time to spend 4 hours in a car when I have to bring it for service.
If this were my first issue I would let it slide but seems everytime I take the car in they have a problem. The best part of the whole story is the day I dropped the car off I picked up a 30,000 brand new pickup from the sister dealership right next door. They are owned by the same company.

I replaced the RFTs on my 545i-6speed with Toyo Proxes. I have these on my S6 and love them. They have a AA treadwear rating. Not bad for a ZR rated tire. These tires are a lot cheaper than those crappy runflats.
