Liquid sloshing sound. Opinions Needed

There is a vapor barrier in the door... I have had water issues in the past with my car and after a $14k claim with USAA my car flooded a second time. Thought it was the storm drains under the e-box the first time, and, well, it was... but I didnt know it was ALSO the vapor barriers. The dealership that did the work the second time took the time to figure out what the H was happening... failed vapor barriers. All four were replaced along with a number of modules and sensors and all new carpeting and padding...
