Cool pics Jonathan,

Love the "D" sticker on the trunk.

PS. How was the 535dA?

.
The 535d was great. I like the 550i a lot more but both were really fast and powerful. Of course, since I am in the break-in period on the 550i, I cannot (yet) go quite as fast as I would like. Perhaps tomorrow or the next day however.

The (D) as noted above is mandatory for driving outside of the Bundesrepublik. It?s a magnet btw. I have had it for multiple deliveries now.

(A) would be the Austrian "sticker",
but I suppose it's worth to get the BMW's from where they are manufactured.

Even with the new EU license plates those stickers are mandatory!
Even the size is specified.

If I drive to Austria in example, I have to put the D sticker on my cars rear, and it has to be in a certain size. If smaller or if missing it's a fine!

Nice pics! Love to see you drove to Denmark

I asume you didn't see that many nice cars here, due to our high car-taxes.. A 550i is rare here

Drive safe! Let me know if you're visiting Copenhagen or the area around. I know good places to park

Thanks - I didn?t get that far into Denmark. Had to make it back to Hamburg for dinner.

Tomorrow I continue to Br?gge.

And ja, I didn?t see that much in terms of ,,nice`` cars but i wasn?t very long in D?nemark.

I see very few people putting the stickers on nowadays, do you?

BTW, iceman, since you are in the travel business, what do you think of my hotel selections?
M?nchen - Mandarin Oriental
Hamburg - Vier Jahreszeiten
Br?gge - Die Swaene
Bremen - Parkhotel Bremen

We won?t count Wien since it was the Hilton am Stadtpark although it was nice and modern.
