hi there guys new topic if any 1 can help out thankz .Is the any 1 who knows if its possible to fit the led door handle lights off an e90 [3 series on a 06 plate ] on to a 5 series [06 plate ] and if so can any let me how to please .Iv been told that it may be possible but might have to change wiring loom and may also have to add a module .I thought it would be a case of tapping into the light that sits at the bottom of the door .cheers guys

This is interesting to me as well. maybe wire into the loom for the Side mirrors as they have lights as well.

 

If both 3 series and 5 series are pre-LCI you do not have to change any modules. Would obviously require encoding after fitment. Same goes for LCI. They are the same LM parts. (light module) so there is no need to change the module just fit the puddle lights and then do coding on the module.

 

hi there achtung e60 not to sure if mine is a pre lci i think it is a pre lci so if i bought the lighting package thats made for the pre cli 3 series they should fit and work on my 5 series cheers m8
