Here's the kit:

Since your vehicle is out of warranty, they'll probably wanna charge you for the programing. You have to get the CDC option enabled and look in your glovebox where the fuse panel is and find a cable covered with black wrap. In this wrapping you'll find the optical input and output cables that fit in the power adapter module which should also be in the glovebox.
There's a long iPod integration thread with step by step DIY that's very good. Just finished doing the work a few days ago and it took me 15 minutes.
