vibration at 70+mph

just replaced the control arms due to a very bad vibration on the steering and that solved almost entirely my problem.
however, at 70+mph, i get this vibration that i can barely feel on the steering wheel but the car itself shakes (most notable in the passenger side seat and vanity mirror)
the odd thing about it is that I could almost feel how intermittently increases and decreases the vibration every couple of seconds.
the car has non-bent wheels and almost new nitto 555 tires. which were balanced and aligned upon installation.
