Agree completely, I've bought all my BM's at the same dealer...the salesman was the junior and is now the sales manager...He believes in keeping repeat buisness by providing top service both pre and post sale...I have no complaints and remain loyal to the dealership, esp as I know them all so well now.......gets me perks like loaner 750i etc.......they know if they pissed me off, I'd go elsewhere....its a two way thing!


Don't tar all salesmen with the same brush.
