That's a lot money to spend... For the M3, i think i will only change the wheels and lower it. Brake on the M seems good enough so far, but will need to bring it to the TMS track for a test to really find out. I thought the 335 was alright, but after the run, truth is it needs to fine tune quite a bit here and there.

Another scary moment I had yesterday at TST when there were a few drops of rain, I was in the 335 w/ DCT on, went into this double lane merge exit, approx.2/3 throttle in 2nd gear(around 4 - 5k rpm), and the rear started to come around me, saved with some counter steering and a little gas. Lucky there were no car in the other lane as 1/3 of the car was on the other lane, or else i think i would definately hit him. Again, fun on track but scary on street....

Anyone can tell me when would AK be available in the next few days? i would like to bring the 335 for him to check a bit and hopefully do some fine tuning on it. the understeering is annoying me alot.

Cheers,
Mike

That doesnt sound right mike, with the DSC on, your car should have interveted by the DSC before it starts to spins or kicking tails.
Although yours are 300+bhp plus some light rain, but it shouldnt happened

o yeah EBC green/red stuff is good for dayly drive
keith84_uk did you know the red stuff the have change to fiber, I wonder if they are any good at cold start, the spec dose not say how cold they can go
Are you talking about this mate?
http://www.ebcbrakes.com/redstuffinfo.html

"This material is a Kevlar? fibre based brake compound enhanced with ceramic particles. If you have previously tried EBC redstuff (pre-ceramic compound) this material is light years ahead. It lasts longer, it brakes better and is quieter. "

It also says:
"they brake like an alligator right from cold (as good as Original pads or better) and just get better as they heat up."

KC, this will be your next mod

DSC on means the green light next to the button is lite and you will spin off not just wet but also dry.
if DSC is off then the green lights is not lite which it will be hard to spin off

DSC on = Light off
DSC off = Light on

I mean this, didnt I?

What am meaning here is even a 300bhp monster like the 335, with the DSC on (Light off), your traction should intervented by the DSC immediately when it noticed a spin.
So if you say your car moved to the other lane, that sounds abnormal to me if you had the DSC on (Light off)
