License plate LED issue

Some Buddies claim LED flashing during turn off the alarm to open the door but not yet start engine.

I found root of casued may due to the light position turn in "AUTO" instead of "OFF". Since LED characteristic is use small power and even some leakage of current can also light on.

We can turn to "OFF" position before leave and lock the car if mind the flashing effect, or let it be if don't mind. Both of them are also safely.

Should have a issue and need to drill a hole from the fender like original Z4 to install that side light.

Hi guys, just wondering how's the economy in HK now? Is it really bad? I've heard people/experts saying that the HK real estate will drop to its lowest at around summer next year, do you guys think so? I'm planning to move back to HK soon so I need to buy a house, so next summer might be a good time. I'm interested to the following buildings at , anyone has opinions about them? Any input is much appreciated.

半島豪庭, 海逸豪園, 港景峰, 擎天半島, 曼克頓山, 嘉亨灣, 太古城.
