Not good quality of sleeping, many dreaming. Sometimes very difficult to fall in sleep. No matter how tired and on holiday, this is a must to wake up automatically at about 8am (the time to wake up during weekday to go for work). Feel damn tired when wake up no matter how many hours of sleeping....sounds serious....

seem to be lot of thinking before sleep. might be relate dto sad things, stress.
Agreed with FJ you need holiday for relief but understand that the work might not be allowed.
Try to do some exercise, even slow jogging for 30 minutes is good.
PM me if you need support and help.

I fyou dont what to go out the house you can do this.
me and my wife do it 1 hour before bed.
Get a small stool and step up and down for about 30mins, it is like walking up a 100 of steps
I do this in front of the TV so I don't get board. also you will 100% loss your tyre in about 3 months.

Is it because of some changes happening with your family or work?
I'm in the same boat but couldn't complaint. Be strong.
I haven't done any SMD since my son was born. For ND I can join but I dare not to drive fast because I afraid that I might die or incapacitated if I got into an accident and cannot take care of my family.
So much burden on our shoulders, I can understand that.
