seem to be lot of thinking before sleep. might be relate dto sad things, stress.
Agreed with FJ you need holiday for relief but understand that the work might not be allowed.
Try to do some exercise, even slow jogging for 30 minutes is good.

I am sure one of the root cause is due to damn poor business this and I can also foresee how bad next year will be...
I hope I can re-start my exercise practice.

momo, thanks in advance. You are really a good professional. Not like other professional just told me to sleep more la, relax la, don't think too much business la.....etc. they just don't know the reality.
I am sure one of the root cause is due to damn poor business this and I can also foresee how bad next year will be...

the business for all will get worst end of the year, my boss company has not got a job for 5 months and he may lay off ppl again end of the year.

Jogging; basketball; soccer are not good for use over 40 unless you are very fit which I know most of us are not that includes me
, swiiming is the best.
