if canon is bad thing then why do all pros use it for all studios work.
why is it that at weddings 99% I see ppl using canon with Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM
why is it that they use 5Dmk2 to do filming now, have you seen the BMW M3 GTS commercial it is filmed with a 5Dmk2 and not nikon

if I had the money I would get both.
Nikon for movement photos and Canon just for stills photos and Full HD movies.

You better double confirm any leakage before replace the gear box oil. There are two area leakage, one from gasket, others from connector. Beside that gear box can reset back to initial stage.

i do think canon make good quality products

samsung dont make the best lcdtv and have crap after sales service in some parts of the world. why is it that they have the biggest market share in the us?

Cos canon lenses are cheaper... Actually, saying that the last wedding i went to i saw the guys using a mix of Nikon D700 and D3 i think...

5dMk 2 is very good... Nikon is reacting too slow. They need to upgrade their D700 to D700S or D800 or whatever the model number will be, in order to compete with the new ones canon are bringing out.

Canon has cheap fix aperture "L" lens but Nikon only have expensive fix aperture "ED" lens.

If you compare Nikon to Canon, then Nikon is much more expensive...
