but we don't know which one is better.
For road use, i think both are good enough already.

But EBC have yellow, green and red stuff. Keith and other E60er in forum would suggest red stuff which is the best among 3, comparing dust produce and brake reaction.

You also can ask ricky who have experience on EBC and my ferodo.
Might be you can search in forum and try a new brand.
From my point of view about the brake feeling only. (feeling about the distance to fully stop and confidence level). That's my feeling only, no actual data support.

Hawk - not yet install, no comments
1> Ferodo
2> OEM
3> EBC - red stuff
4> EBC - green stuff

i also frustrated with OEM pads, so change it.
I drive daily for long but i used the car park cleaner service everyday. I know that they would not clean my rim everyday and i think once weekly.

I compare the Ferodo and OEM, in dust production, it should be less. and i found that the ferodo dust is more easy to clean when compare the OEM.

If you are not in urgent, u can wait till Ricky's Hawk pads.

Do you install the sprint booster already? that's is a "must " item to change. you would love it!!!
