Our '04 E66 has 250K km on the clock, it drinks China fuel since it's 1 year old, so there is no need to worry.

If you're referring to our car's high mileage, we enjoyed every penny out of our car, we don't want it just park and wear.
Some do a few thousand KM per year, and sell it after 3 years, and lost 50% of the original car cost, that means a much higher cost of ownership. As long as you enjoy the car, regular wear and tear means nothing, we have been prepared for that cost since the day we sign the contract to take the car.
