Just spent an hour down at the parking lot to polish the chrome rim of the wheels. Sweating like hell but it's worth it. It looks like new again.

BTW, the GB for LCI tail-lights retrofit kit V6 is going to end tomorrow. Already have 12 ppl on the list. If you plan to do it, now is your last chance for a good deal. I am in.
The LCI tail lights is a must buy item, it looks so good even i cant stop myself looking at the rear everytime when i walk pass.

For those who have not had their thrust rod/control arms replaced, this is a thread you should not miss:

https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=82320
Unfortunately we cant just replace the bushes, if you have cracked bushes, you have to replace the whole arm on our E60
And they are not cheap

bushes have jelly which leaks out, so if Ak checks and sees it then he will know.
i think they cost 2000 each?
e water pump about 3000, if you have the okada, get the computer checked to see if there has been
any malfunction at any time in the recorded data chip, as car will lose power due to giving more power to the pump etc,.
my car was losing power, and they said that the wpump failed once, but was still running,
must be the strong run up TMS during the last meet

I remember Milton (330ci) has got his bushes job done in China without costing an arm and a leg.
It doesnt require replacing the whole control arm either. Not sure can it be done on our E60 or E90

Absolutely true, I even can't stop looking at those just passing by on the street. Can't wait till I get mine.

I think last year or the year before Pingu got his bushing replaced by AK. Maybe you can check with him when he is back.
