a 5 star hotel in general is always better than a 4 star and there is something wrong if a 4 star hotel charge more than a 5 star for the same or lesser service.

btw, there is nothing wrong to sub contract work out but the hard part is to maintain the quality of service and products.

they will charge honda for a claim of 1800 which you paid and that they will only pay
800 to that shop, and with 1000 profit.
