Guys Derick DD car is at BMW for a new gearbox because the +- dose not work.
for a new 1 is very cheap only about $25000. BUT the reset and install is loads of $$$
What was the reason that causing it ? Did he use the + / - shifting a lot ? He is lucky as the warranty still covers it.

That's strange. I don't use my +/- or paddle shifts much either. But touch wood so far still OK. How often do we need to change the tranny oil ? I am driving my car more often now and so need to be cautious.

Anyone digs into the BMW brands baby car seat?
Any user comment?
I read from some website, saying the rear facing car seat is still the best pick.
here is a photo of my 2 Ferrari baby seat in my BMW
