you only need to change it when needed, abt 50,000 km??
by then if a Jap car at 6000km= changing 8.3 times x 300 per filter???=2500, so that is even bigger con!!

my wife used to have a honda, and DCH charged us to change a fuel filter at 10,000km??!!
