High battery drain and out of warrant car

i had the high battery drainage issue as well. They replaced IBS but still had same problem. They then replaced battery. Died again requiring towing. Turned out to be comfort access in driver's door. I was lucky it was under warranty though. It's a hassle but I would get it dealt with. It'll just keep killing your new battery and your problems will just resurface again later.

What and where is the comfort access (module) in the driver's door?

I recently had a different experince. I got a quote from United of Roswell for a new Battery and reprogram on my 08 550i sport and then called United in Gwinnett . They quoted me $200 less. They did the job and honored the quote at $371 even though he realized he had missed his intial quote. I was impressed and will try them again.
