HELP!! My Nav DVD wont eject :(

I just burned the 2010.1 Nav dvd and was going to see if it works. Turned the key on and hit the eject button to take out my 2009.1. Nothing! Now my screen says insert dvd. But the dvd is still in the slot. Can anyone guide me??

Did you try to reset IDRIVE? Hold the mute button (volume button pushed in), dvd eject, and cd eject SIMULTANEOUSLY.
