He definitely messed something up. Did you try to take the slot out to see if something was wrong. Put the car on not started to see if you get a code. Right now line 15 is not active. You can start the car up if you want to read the codes.

i actually just send the bm 500 back and ordered the bm 700 will be here today ... And key was in car still does nothing at all no lights on dash nothing .should i change terminal 15 ?

 

car wont start at all no lights on dash nothing i dont even hear system coming to life . no pump priming nothing just the door chime works. Besides that i get nothing.

 

Scanner kept asking me to turn engine on but I'm not able to perform the task . and would not let me register the battery .

 

You battery cables may be damaged. Wiggle them to see if it makes a difference. Disconnect IBS to see if it makes a difference. If the does not work you may need to start looking at the JBE fuses and follow the positive cable out paying attention to the connection in the center of the trunk near the back seat.
