Default AWD and DSC Malfunction

2007 BMW 525xi E60 - 93,000 miles

The "AWD, DSC, ABS, EMERG EBV has malfunctioned" is on display. The 4x4, Brake, ABS, DSC lights are lit on the dashboard. I did the following in an attempt to fix this:

1. Did a bench test on transfer case actuator and it still works. I replaced the worm gear because it was worn. Put new grease in it.
2. Replaced transfer case fluid with OEM fluid.
3. Checked wheel sensors, all still work.
4. Checked fuses, all still work.
5. Recalibrated steering angle sensor.

I coded the ABS/DSC, and VTG Transfer Case with Autel tool, and the lights came back right away as soon as I turned the car on.

The only thing I haven't checked is the DSC sensor, but I have no idea where that is, can someone confirm it's under the passenger seat?

Here are the following fault codes:

5208 - ABSENT - VTG (Transfer Box): supply of servomotor

5F39 - PRESENT - Dynamic Stability Control (DSC): VTG (Transfer Box): internal

Did you clean the servomotor while you were in there. You're going to have to figure out what the electrical issue is first. Normally if you clean it real good then it starts working. If it doesn't then you'll have to chase where the connection has issues. Was the worm gear still good?
