Do you have a pic of yours? The problem just isn't the faded lens but the housing is also cracked allowing condensation to build up inside.

 

check out umnitza's replacement headlight for pre lci cars.
it will give you something close to lci look with amazing angel eyes.

going from pre lci to lci xenon is tough but going to lci halogen is mush easier. then drop in you hid and AE kits. of course this is keeping in mind you have about 1k to spend on it.
umnitzas product is well under that and look really good as well. i think ill go that route when i can cough up the cash
