Is this a good deal?

My Ride: 545I SMG
Found an 04 545i with premium and sport package with just under 50k miles for $24k. Car is black on black and in great overall condition. Also has navigation. No pdc, no sun shades, and just ran out of warranty. Oh and all service records show this is a well maintained car. What do you guys think about the deal?

I actually saw a really cool, very polite, old Vancouverite this weekend. His name is Tommy Chong and he was on stage with his old pal, Cheech Marin. They were hilarious! They played all their old bits. Was so funny.

If the car has not more warranty i would keep looking for a CPO - piece of mind if something breaks down.
