I agree, worth it if it is a CPO. I wouldn't pay more than $30,500 without warranty. I understand cars in NY can be a little more expensive?

sounds like a good deal if its CPO....in retrospect i def would make sure i buy a CPO car rather an E60 out of warranty....unless u are paying sub 20k prices...

Not a CPO this is a private seller car is still under warranty until Jan2012. Also, have option for CPO from a private guy 2008 535xi 18k with Premium, Nav, Sport, Logic7 for $34500.
