Exhaust question
Ok so now that I have front and sides done, I'm starting to look at the rear bumper for 2010 528xi
although I love the Mtech front, Im not really a fan of the rear.. So I want the M5 rear, which means I need dual exhaust instead of the single I have now.
Can someone please explain the difference in price fluxuation.. Im looking for the one with single muffler that has second pipe that wraps aroudn gas tank and out the right side.. giving the appearance of true dual instead of single.
i dont expect to gain performance.. nor do i care.. Id like two things.
1. for it to look nice
2. for it to sound a bit more aggresive then stock 528 exhaust.
I see this for 1000 dollars. Umnitza sells it for 700
Ebay has it for 300 sometimes even 200
and they all look identicla to me.. all claim to be stainless.
And I plan on plastidipping or powerder coating tips black anyways. so dont care of the finish
Can someone please explain and/or recommend what I should go with?

James?
there are exhausts made in china using some pretty inferior steel so they are a lot less expensive, we've been offered these only because they simply knocked off our design on them
Well, it's not exactly our design, we had some help from our factory in Taiwan, the steel there is actually significantly superior and the craftsmanship is bang on.
We've never had a single issue with any of our exhausts with welds, longevity, or quality. We've sold the same factory built exhaust for the E36, E39, E46, E60, and E60 M5 (both quads and single muffler styles).
Several other well known brands also use this factory.
