Electrical problems?

I did European delivery early this year to my dismay, i have had tooo many issues with my gorgeous 5 series, from DTC, to bus disconnect now the latest after taking it for an oil change i get the TPM malfunction they can't seem to get the error solved after 2 trips going on my third try. Is this a lemon? Any of you experienced the same problems? Im thinking of jumping ship in to a mercedes or audi

Ric: with European delivery mentioned, he or she is more likely to be from the US...
FWIW - 8,000 miles on this E61 (out of 24k total), and no gremlins apart from an odd behaviour from the auto-dipping mirror when reversing. Between E36 and E39 did 200+k miles, not a single electrical problem ever.

But I must admit, with my NK 1800 (owned it for 3 years '98 - '01) I had some problems,
more mechanical, though
