Default e60_LCI: TPMS to FTM (ROW) coding

Hello,

I have reviewed numerous threads on this forum as well as others in regards to editing the VO; removing $2VB & adding $265 to CAS/LMA.
Also having to code the KOMBI, DSC and CIC module accordingly. I have an issue and I'm assuming due to having the older CCC Professional Navigation system that I do not have the CIC module. I also cannot find DSC either.

The following are the modules available for selection under Process ECU:
2LSMC, 2MULF, 2RSMC, 6BMOT, ABG, AFS, AMPT, ARS, BFS, CAPPL, CAS, CAUDI, CGATE, CHOST, CID, CTUNE, DWAI, DWAS, EGS, EHB3, EKP, FAS, GWS, IHKA, KBM, KGM, KOMBI, LMA, MSHD, PDC, PGS, RLS, SZL, SZM, TCUM, TGBH, TGBT, TGFH, TGFT

Vehicle is a 2008 LCI with the 8.8" CCC Professional.

Thank you all for your time.
