Have you try out the throttle device? I know some of you guys are quite pessimistic about how this gadget works. But quite a few of us here have also installed and found it to be one of the best mod so far.
You can go to BVO (which is so near your place) and have a trial installation. It is so easy to install and take you only 5 to 10 minutes to decide if you like it or not.
